Ranking is the bid. There is no algorithm.

Each board ranks listings by what was paid, highest first. If two listings have paid the same, the older one ranks higher. Nothing else influences rank — not clicks, not recency, not who you are.

Rank #1 on a board holds the pin: the logo planted on that planet’s surface, visible from the main view. There is exactly one pin per board. Everyone else appears in that board’s leaderboard.

Minimum entry is $1 on every board, including the Sun. To take the pin you must pay at least 20% more than the current top bid — always at least $5 more, even on a cheap board. Every board shows both numbers before you pay.

Paying less than the pin price is not an error. You land at whatever rank your money buys, and the board says so plainly.

Adding to an existing listing is called adding fuel and is cumulative: the new amount is added to what you already paid. Minimum top-up is $1.

Placements are permanent. Your bid does not decay and your listing does not expire. You pay once.

The click number next to a listing is a verified count, not a raw one. A click is counted once per visitor per listing per 30 minutes. Known bot user agents and headless-browser signatures are dropped.

Visitor IP addresses are hashed with a salt that rotates daily and are never stored in the clear, which is why the dedupe window is 30 minutes rather than permanent — after the salt rotates we can no longer recognise a previous visitor, and we would rather lose the dedupe than keep the data.

Product and company websites and X profiles are allowed. Adult content, gambling, malware and phishing, chat-invite links (Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp), link shorteners, and raw IP-address URLs are not.

Submitted URLs are normalised (tracking and affiliate parameters are stripped), checked to resolve, and screened against Google Safe Browsing. Shorteners are resolved to their target and the target is what gets stored.

A listing removed for breaking these rules is refunded in full and its pin is freed immediately.

Every placement on flyc.space is paid advertising. All outbound listing links carry rel="nofollow sponsored", so they pass no ranking signal to search engines.
